How do I send my art to Framebridge?
You can either upload a digital photo for us to print and frame, or we can send you a prepaid mailer or tube to safely ship your physical art to our studio.
What is the typical turnaround time for an order?
Most custom framing orders are handcrafted and shipped within 5 to 10 business days. Digital print orders typically arrive faster than those requiring physical art mailers.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to more countries in the future.
What kind of materials do you use for framing?
We use high-quality wood moldings, acid-free mats, and premium acrylic that offers UV protection to ensure your art stays preserved and looks beautiful for years.
What is your return policy?
Because every frame is custom-made to your specific art and style, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not 100% happy with your order, we will work with you to make it right.
Can I frame objects that aren't flat?
We specialize in flat art, photos, and textiles up to 1/4 inch thick. For thicker items like jerseys or canvases, please contact our support team for specialized shadowbox options.
