Pack and Ship
Carefully place your item in its original packaging or a secure box, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship your corrected frame within 5-7 business days.
